United/ANA Award Availability
I am trying to upgrade a Business award ticket to First that was booked through UA on ANA metal. Yesterday the tickets were available on UA’s site but have since disappeared. ANA’s search tool stills shows award tickets available, and ExpertFlyer has no seats booked in First on this flight.
Could this be something a UA agent could assist with manually or do I need to wait and see if availability shows up online again? Thanks!
You’ll need to wait until availability shows up again. I would double check Aeroplan to see if the seats are available.
Thanks Gaurav. Aeroplan is showing availability, so I will just hold out a bit longer.
If Aeroplan shows space I would call and try to have the change made over the phone.
