Turkish Airlines and General Award Question

Turkish Airlines and General Award Question

  1. G.Gatti New Member

I’m booking a few business class tickets on Turkish Airways and some of them will be with cash, and some with KrisFlyer points. This could probably be useful for other airlines also, but if I book the saver cash direct with Turkish, will the saver award availability still be available with KrisFlyer or United?

    Thanks!

It all depends! More than likely, if you are paying cash, that ticket is coming from a different fare bucket than the award ticket.

Unless you are booking very close to departure when there aren’t many seats left overall, I can’t imagine the inventory would disappear.

Book the ones where you want to use partner points first, then make the cash bookings, but I agree that it should be fine 🙂
