I am trying to book a Singapore airlines award from Delhi to Hanoi. For some reason, this is not allowed online as it says *I am backtracking* even though the phone agents are able to do it. So I am confirmed on Suites class from Delhi to Singapore but they have waitlisted me for Singapore to Hanoi. The strange thing is that on their website I can see availability for Singapore to Hanoi but they claim it is different award inventory as I am booking a flight from Delhi to Hanoi and not merely Singapore to Hanoi. I have never heard of something like this before.
Does that make sense?
