Hi,
I like reading your blog and am a regular reader. I have a question regarding round-the-world award.

Korean air has a RTW award for 220k miles in business class. The terms are on their website but nothing much on how to book it. Several blogs just mention the RTW award but noone has checked or posted any info on how to redeem it or the feasability of it.

Your blog does mention Korean air ‘regular’ award booking but nothing about RTW award ?

I have the 220k miles. Called Korean call center but even the agent didn’t have any info on ‘how to book it’. I live about 60 miles from Los Angeles where there is Korean air booking office – I could check there but the odds are very slim even they would know as they just handle ‘regular’ cash/card bookings.

I also have all the award segments ready which I verified using Expertflyer – but just can’t do anything to book.

What can I do ? Please help.

What’s your routing? Have you tried to call the LAX office directly and not the US service number?
