JAL/KAL Award Cancellation Inventory

JAL/KAL Award Cancellation Inventory

  1. cshel New Member

    Hi,

Have a couple of tickets booked with JAL and KAL that I need to redeposit and rebook. Does anyone have any experience if award space goes back into inventory soon after cancelling for these two airlines?

It’s never guaranteed to go back into award inventory. It can go right back into inventory, it can take a few hours or days, or might not go back into award inventory at all.

Why do you need to redeposit and rebook? Changing passengers?
