Is anyone else experiencing website troubles with Bonvoy?
Is anyone else experiencing a near-unusable experience with the Bonvoy website? It was fine last week, but I suddenly cannot login. The login details are correct, but I’m getting sent to a page that says “unable to sign in” with no other description. Trying to reset my password sends me to an error page, and so is trying to look up my membership number.
The really annoying thing is that I just transferred 100,000 Amex MR to an account I can no longer access.
I logged in now just fine, with no issue. Using Google Chrome.
Are you using the app? Maybe try on the computer? Reset your cookies, clear your cache, etc.?
