Leave March 13 lax-syd for my honeymoon I’ve had booked since booking opened up on SQ. Email that’s been changed from sq35 1015 am flight to sq37 at a later date. This then puts me on a different flight sin-syd and gets me in a whole day later. I’ve got Park Hyatt Sydney booked with miles and get on a cruise the following day which now I’ll miss. I’m on hold for SQ. Booked with miles obvi

what are my options?!? Can I get there via a star alliance partner?

    Hi, congrats on the wedding.

Short answer, yes. Eventually you will need to get through to an agent, so might as well wait on hold.

You should have plenty of options if they indeed moved your flight by a whole day. I’d be prepared when you get through to agent on exactly which flights you’d like to be moved to. Technically, you shouldn’t have to worry about award availability on the new flight, since you had a confirmed ticket. You may have to just push a bit with the agent
