Hi – The redemption chart for Garuda Indonesia is missing from their website (garudamiles.com). There’s supposed to be a mileage calculator [URL=’https://garudamiles.com/TopHome/redeem-miles/fly/garuda-indonesia/’]here [/URL]but it’s been missing for a while. Would you happen to have a copy of their redemption chart that you could post? I’m particularly interested in domestic Indonesia flights.

(Garuda is a TYP partner, but their redemption process is a huge hassle – you have to go in person to one of their offices. It’s as if we were still in the 19th century. Fortunately, I live near one of their US offices so it shouldn’t be too bad.)

Pretty prompt response: “We’re sorry currently it’s not working, you may ask it via our twitter. Thank you. – Abi” I would just send your city pairs and see what they say.
