I’m looking for DPS-SIN and since I have FlyingBlue miles that are otherwise going to expire, I figure I’d use them to fly Garuda.

On Delta’s search tool, DPS-CGK-SIN is available but it isnt showing up via FlyingBlue. I’d leave DPS at 7am and get to SIN at 1230pm. Even when I search for 2 seats using Delta’s tool, flights are available but isnt showing on FlyingBlue. Would calling FlyingBlue resolve the problem?

    Thanks!

I would try calling — I’ve had issues with flights in that region using FlyingBlue, but Delta also shows phantom space sometimes.

Yep, just called and booked the flights I want. Great way to use 20k FlyingBlue miles that would otherwise expire. And I get to try a new airline, Garuda Indonesia! Too bad its in economy.

I was also toying with the idea of flying SQ business, via transferring ThankYou points but this is much better.

    Thanks!

No space on the KLM B777 5 freedom route or didn’t the timing fit your schedule?

I’d have loved to do that segment and the space was there but yeah, timing didn’t work. My buddy and I want to get to Singapore early so we get more time there. We’re only in Singapore for a night before flying EY to AUH and he’s never been to Singapore
