I see that AA Award Chart changed overnight. There is a new format to the grid.
Also, last week I was able to see award space in First on Etihad using AA miles. Now, I only see BA space (with a HUGE fuel surcharge) heading east….. and -not so bad- CX space heading west.
Does anyone know why the EY has been removed from the online chart?
I am trying to get on EY 100/101.
I will call AA directly to book- but just curious on the changes- if anyone knows why.
