Long Time Lurker – first time poster…

Trying to look for Eithad Availability for March 2021.

Whenever I go to search, a new tab opens up, then the page “Hangs” at either 31 or 34% – see the attached file

Yes my login is correct 🙂

Have tried on Multiple Computers (windows/mac) and multiple browsers (Chrome/Firefox/Safari/Edge)

Tried random dates in case I was just looking too far forward.

Any suggestions?

Just to follow up – If I did a search on Etihad non-US Destinations (i.e. AUH – CDG) – it works no problem

Looks like the problem is that EY has removed all of their USA flights from the schedule/inventory – on their website at least. If I do a regular airfare search on flights to the US – it will show the EY Flight to DUB, then EI Flights from there.

[USER=85]@David[/USER], I have been looking at their site for J awards over the last few weeks and have not had any problems — I can see results to US destinations. My issue is that AA is unable to see these awards (a question I’ve posted to another topic in this forum).

If you have specific destinations, I’d be happy to look it up for you.

Went back in and looked tonight – and of course its working fine now for flights to JFK/IAD – which were my choices – I have a feeling the problem is between Keyboard and Chair 😉

When it comes to booking on AA – I don’t want to assume, have you tried calling AA’s Australian Call Center – I gather they are the best at finding EY Awards.

Booked for the way out Going on QR Q Suites – just wanted to try something different going back

At the moment trying to decide between J on EY/CX/SQ or just going for it and F on EK to IAH! First world problems! With everything happening, it gives us something to look forward to.

If you decide to book EY (and find an award through AA), could you post it here so I have a datapoint? Thanks.
