Anyone want to speculate whether CX will release J seats for their HKG-DPS segment? Between now and 10/1 I only see a single J seat.

Are you checking Dragonair? They have a flight to DPS as well.

I’ve been checking via BA’s site which also shows KA space but I dont think it operates daily. Theres a decent amount of space on MH via KUL but I dont want another connection – I’m flying from JFK the day before.

Better take the MH flight. Neither ITA or Google flights is showing any CX or KA flight to DPS on 10/1 nor does CX revenue search.

I’m already booked on the CX flight in Y. I’m just hoping to be able up grade to J since I booked an AAdvantage award in J.

It is odd that they’re not selling seats on the flight from 9/29-10/2 whether its Y or J….but if i try to create a seat alert on ExpertFlyer (free verison) there are still unoccupied seats as well as a bunch of blocked seats. There are seats available in J as well.

Asia Miles doesn’t show anything now either, through 10/7. Everything is waitlisted. Good luck, maybe something will open last minute.
