CX Cancelled my Maldives schedule
I have used One world Malaysia Airlines mileage to issue awards ticket.
My flight is confirmed to Cathay Pacific about 10 months ago.
to the Maldives; ICN-MLE via HKG
But before 9 days, CX noticed me,
original flight is cancelled 2/19-2/29 and date is changed. 2/20-2/26.
They reduced d/t their own economic situation, do not consider their customer.
My family have endorsement to QR, because It is paid tickets (Cabin : Business)
But they(CX) said to me, all we can do is nothing. MH have to handle this.
MH also it’s not our fault, so no rerouting, no refund millage.
3 days left to go,.. What Can I do for compensation? It is horrible.
Have to Use my other cash or millage resources?
