Cathay Award Space Shrinkage

Cathay Award Space Shrinkage

Just wondering if you, James, or the rest of the crew have noticed that Cathay isn’t releasing last minute space as freely as they used to. Seems like it may be the same thing that happened earlier in the year but I’ve looked at CX, and even there, it seems 2 days if at all and it’s always just J, almost no F. I don’t have Nexus or KVS so I use a combination of BA, CX, married segment and broken segment logic.
Am I missing something? No one seems to be talking about it in channels I follow.
    Thanks

I believe BA no longer shows last minute CX space. Try searching for space using JL or QF’s websites. Or just call AS/AA

It’s also highly seasonal — people ask this every September/October, so while it could be the start of a broader trend, it could also just be a side-effect of the busier business travel season.
