British Airways blocks close in booking on ultra short-haul departures
Hello all,
I have been experiencing this issue for weeks.
I have been playing around the system to see if I can book HKG-TPE on the day via Avios but no seats are available on BA.com; when I go on QF/CX though there is plentiful of seats in Y and J.
Can someone help and check if I am not the only person facing this problem? It looks like BA is imposing an 8 days block on the Avios system…
Also would be great if someone can help me to report this issue to BA so they can fix it?

p.s. The affected areas include TPE and WUH, maybe even more…
Have you tried calling BA? It could be phantom space but since QF and CX show the space, BA’s site might just be glitchy.

Phoned up and they said is not their problem.
