Booking NH F on Aeroplan

Booking NH F on Aeroplan

  1. Anonymous Guest

Hi guys. I’m trying to book NH F on ORD-NRT-SGN on Aeroplan somewhere in June. I found the date I want last week. However, today, when I searched for it, it didn’t show up. When I searched the legs individually (ORD-NRT and NRT-SGN), the seats came up. The same thing happens on United.com. Aeroplan tries to route me ORD-FRA-BKK-SGN, which doesn’t make sense at all.
What is strange is that for some dates, this happens while for other dates, it shows ORD-NRT-SGN correctly. Same with United.com.
Any idea what’s happening? Thank you so much!

Have you tried calling Aeroplan to book?

Mbfanos – you could also try building the trip as a multi-city itinerary though it may price incorrectly online. If that’s what happens, definitely take @David W ‘s suggestion and call in. Explain you can’t get it to work online and if there are any phone fees, they should be waived.
