Award change on Kenya air

Award change on Kenya air

  1. vitaminJ New Member

    Hey guys,

Wanted to change the second segment of an award flight but would cost me $300 total (2 people). Booked using delta miles on Kenya airways. There was a schedule change of 10 minutes (moved up 10 minutes).

I called delta and tried to cancel but they didn’t budge on fee since the schedule change was just 10 minutes.

Even tried calling Kenya airways but they said any changes would need to be done in deltas end.

Any suggestions on how to cancel or change award without a fee?

    thanks,
    J

I think the schedule change has to more than an hour for Delta to make changes without fees.

Keep waiting and see if a more significant change happens (assuming you still have a while to fly). If not you’ll just have to pay the fees unfortunately if you want your miles back.
