ATL-DAR booking with AA miles

ATL-DAR booking with AA miles

  1. Anonymous Guest

I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction as I’m stuck on an award booking:

I have just over 100,000 AA miles (and 100k Southwest miles if it helps for a positioning flight) and I want to go from ATL-DAR (Dar es Salaam) for two weeks in June/July.

I tried just a generic search on AA.com and nothing came up, which isn’t surprising since they don’t show many of their partners online.

What airlines, routes, etc. can I search (and where? BA?) to find some Saver Level availability on this route?

I understand that ~60 days prior might not be ideal and I might have missed out, but I appreciate your assistance in advance anyway!

    Thanks,
    Rick

@ Rick — I think the only AAdvantage partner flying to Dar es Salaam is Qatar Airways. You’d want to look for space using the British Airways tool, and then call to book: http://onemileatatime.boardingarea.com/2014/04/01/use-british-airways-award-search-tool/
