ANA fuel surcharge for US to Buenos Aires flying United
Dear Lucky and Avid travellers…
Planning to visit BA and looking for flying options…checked AA but barely any availabliity for three people, but United seems be better flying down South.
ANA redemption seems quite decent but never had experience with them. Based on my research, ANA charges fuel surcharge but not on UA (only within US?) and is South America a fuel surcharge free zone?
I searched ANA website and I do see seats but since I havn’t transferred the miles, I cannot see the fuel surcharge (I was told ANA does not display final fuel surcharge amount unless I have the full points for booking)?
I did the ITX fare analysis and it does not show fuel surcharge for the fights to BA.
Any idea how much I can expect for fuel surcharge flying United to BA using ANA miles?
