Sean T New MemberTrying to book an award flight on [URL=”http://www.alaskaair.com”]www.alaskaair.com[/URL], flying on Virgin America (which is considered a subsidiary of Alaska??), and can get all the way to “purchasing” the flight before receiving an error message (see attached). Plenty of award space on the day I’m trying to travel, but receive the same error message when trying to book any of the flights listed on that day. Called Alaska directly, they said they can’t book either, no help from Alaska via twitter either. Any ideas?

I’d try a few different agents at Alaska but if they can’t book it there is not much else you can do unfortunately. Sorry!
