Anonymous GuestI booked LHR-AUH-CAI on EY using AA miles.
I wanted to change AUH-CAI to a better connection since space opened up according to etihad.com. (Guest FIrst space shows 2 seats avaiable, I want 1.)
But AA says they can’t see it. What’s also weird is that if they create a new reservation, they can see the space, just not on my current reservation … so what’s going on there?
