AA agent not seeing CX space

AA agent not seeing CX space

Called to put some flights on hold. I found space on BA search tool but AA agent says they can’t see the space. Is this a case of HUCA or is AA blocking some partner award seats?

Have you confirmed the space elsewhere such as QF? I seem to recall that JL is blocking US-based members from searching at the moment.

It was a case of HUCA. Called back and the next agent was able to book it for me. So odd. Don’t they all use the same system?
