Four Seasons’ newest property has just opened, and it’s the second new luxury property we’ve seen on the west coast of Florida since last year.

Basics of the new Four Seasons Naples, Florida

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, has opened as of November 17, 2025. This is Four Seasons’ sixth property in Florida, complementing locations in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Orlando, Palm Beach, and Surfside.

This hotel represents a major redevelopment of the Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club, which dates all the way back to 1946. It closed in 2021, to undergo a full redevelopment, so the property should feel new in just about every way. The Four Seasons is set on a 1,000-foot stretch of beach in Old Naples. The 125-acre (50 hectare) resort and residential beachfront development boasts 216 hotel rooms and 185 residences.

The property features the Sanctuary Spa at Naples Beach Club, a 30,000 square foot (2,787 square meter) facility spread across two levels, with 16 treatment rooms, a 24-hour fitness center, a rooftop lap pool, and more. Beyond that, the hotel boasts two outdoor pools, plus a new Tom Fazio golf course.

As far as dining goes, the hotel has The Merchant Room (an all-day dining restaurant), HB’s (a beachfront seafood restaurant), Sunset Bar (a beachside bar), The Wager (an American gastro pub), and more.

When it comes to accommodations, guest rooms start at a spacious 532 square feet (49 square meters), while suites start at 908 square feet (84 square meters).

This property should set the new standard for luxury in the Naples area. The west coast of Florida has some great beaches, and is known as being more laid back than places like Miami. It’s nice to see the increasing number of luxury options in the area, since we also recently saw the opening of the St. Regis Longboat Key (which is quite a ways north, closer to Sarasota).

Four Seasons Naples rates & how to book

What are rates like at the Four Seasons Naples? As you’d expect, luxury hotel costs in Florida have skyrocketed since the start of the pandemic. That being said, they have cooled off a bit compared to their peak, and the west coast of Florida isn’t quite as expensive as the east coast.

As you’d expect, there’s massive seasonal variation with rates here, and I see them starting as low as $600 per night in the off season, and going as high as $1,500 per night in peak season. It’s always worth keeping an eye out on the hotel’s offers page, as there are some promotions, like a fourth night free, a Florida residents rate, and more.

If you’re going to book this hotel (or any Four Seasons), you should generally book through a travel advisor who is affiliated with the Four Seasons Preferred Partner program. With this program, eligible travel advisors can add value to your stay without it costing you extra. They can add perks like complimentary breakfast (including via in-room dining), a hotel credit, an upgrade subject to availability, and more.

Best of all, Four Seasons Preferred Partner can generally be combined with any rates or promotions you’ll find directly with Four Seasons. Ford and his team are happy to help with Preferred Partner bookings, and can be reached at [email protected].

For what it’s worth, the upgrades through this program are also prioritized over upgrades through other programs, so you’ll want to use Preferred Partner over a program like Virtuoso or Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts®.

Bottom line

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is now open. This is without a doubt one of the two most luxurious properties on the west coast of Florida, along with the St. Regis Longboat Key. Admittedly Naples isn’t for everyone, but if you’re into golfing, nice beaches, and a calm vacation, this is a luxury property that might be worth considering.

I live in Naples. Today, the rooms are starting at $1,000/night in the off season. I'm sure they'll more than double very soon with the holidays and "season" upon us.

Further evidence that Four Seasins has jumped the shark.

I'd love to know where they are going to find staff. There is a huge shortage of workers in that area due to the high cost of living.

They will drive down from Lee County like the rest of the workers in Collier.

Immigrants, of course. Enjoy the capitalist race to the bottom.

The prices are outrageous for a room that doesn't look impressive, surroundings that Florida, and a beach that by some recent accounts is still recovering from the last hurricane.
