Cool: Chase Sapphire Reserve Business Card Launching Summer 2025

The information and associated card details on this page for the Chase Sapphire Reserve® has been collected independently by OMAAT and has not been reviewed or provided by the card issuer.

While details are extremely limited as of now, it sounds like we’re going to see a business version of the popular Chase Sapphire Reserve® introduced soon.

Chase teases new Sapphire Reserve business product

On Instagram, the Chase Sapphire account has posted about how “hard work is about to get more rewarding” in summer 2025, suggesting that we’re going to see a business version of the Chase Sapphire Reserve launch.

We don’t yet have any additional details, though I would guess it’ll likely be very similar to the personal version of the card. One would think it’ll offer some useful bonus categories, some sort of travel credit, and lounge access, among other things (that’s all speculation on my part, of course).

That being said, with there being rumors of major Chase Sapphire Reserve changes this summer, who knows what exactly this card will look like. I’ll be sure to provide an update when we know more.

This seemed like an obvious addition for Chase

Card issuers have been putting a lot of effort into business cards in recent years, since it’s a big area for growth, there’s an increasing number of people who are self employed, and interchange fees are also slightly higher on business cards.

So while Chase has its excellent portfolio of “Ink” business cards, it has seemed like a major gap that Chase hasn’t had some sort of true premium business card.

I’m curious to see how exactly this card is tied into the Ink product lineup. It sounds like this card will have Sapphire Reserve branding, so will this be marketed alongside Ink cards, or completely separately? I guess on some level the marketing doesn’t really matter, since all the cards earn the same rewards currency anyway.

This new card may offer airport lounge access

Bottom line

Chase is expected to launch a new business version of the Sapphire Reserve this summer. We don’t have any details yet beyond that, though that’s definitely an exciting development, as it’s great to see rewarding new cards introduced. I’ll be sure to provide more updates once we have them.

What are you expecting from the new Chase Sapphire Reserve Business Card?

I want to think that the Sapphire Business card would be priced higher (maybe $450-$550 annual fee?) than the Ink Preferred and offer a slightly higher tier of biz-friendly credits, lounge access, perhaps hotel status?, and spend multipliers as not to cannibalize the Ink Preferred and entice Ink Preferred card members to upgrade.

Rumored benefits are primary rental car CDW and legal representation if you get jailed by Hertz accidental police report

So this article basically says nothing...

Rumer is that the annual fee will be bumped to $795 with point accrual changes (a mix of increases and decreases) and new "coupon book" benefits of up to $2750.

Maybe they will turn off 5/25 for a few hours

Oh great, even more people trying to get into the lounges!

While one can hear a pin drop over at Citi, the Strata Elite and a business version of it are also supposed to debut this summer. Some have hoped it/they would offer AA lounge access (in the same way the Amex Platinum/Business Platinum afford Delta lounge access) but I would be surprised if it happened.

Maybe finally a 3x Gas cat accelerator?

    1. Eric Guest

      Why?

They are not going to make much money on a business card from me refueling my car.

      Come on big bonus….

Increased lounge access is the last thing that's needed these days...
