I use Soothe. I like it better than Zeel. Soothe is also in many European cities and Australia. And I love that I can get a massage in my living room at 11:30pm and then just roll into bed. Soothe does not ask you to provide sheets or anything like that.

You see I find this strange because you are always saying that you are an introvert, and yet you now use an app to have someone who is unknown to you, come to your hotel room and who will then be basically fairly intimate with you (not sexually obviously)....I find that odd. Then I think, hold on is this just an advertisement?

@ Evan -- It's precisely because I'm an introvert that I love apps so much. No matter what we're talking about (food delivery, massages, ground transport), using an app greatly limits my interaction in getting what I need to get. I don't have to talk to anyone to make a booking, etc.

Could be handy but those prices are steep. For that amount I easily get a fullbody plus HE

Is the typical hotel going to be okay with an outside vendor carrying a massage table through their lobby to essentially take away business from their own spa? Seems like it might be a problem some places. I'd be curious to know if people have experience with this situation.

I also love apps, Ben! In my home country Indonesia, we have this app called Gojek, which I've been using since early 2015. Using solely this app, I can actually get the service of the four apps you mentioned (GoRide and GoCar instead of Uber; GoFood instead of Postmates; GoSend, GoShop and GoMart instead of Instacart; & GoMassage instead of Zeel) and many more (such as having someone clean your house/apartment called GoClean, having a hairdresser/beautician do your hair called GoGlam, etc). It's only available in Indonesia for now and I'm definitely a happy user of this app, so I do recommend you give this app a try next time you're in Jakarta or Bali

Have you tried Soothe? It's more well known than Zeel, even iJustine uses it.

Can’t you just get the number of the therapist and pay them $85 cash next time and cut out the app company? I’m sure most people will be doing that.

You get food delivered every day?! That’s a phenomenal waste of money and incredibly unhealthy. Are you still mooching off your parents or have you actually got your own place now?

Arghh - why is an *independent contractor* getting a tip? They own the business so I don't get the logic, esp at those sort of hourly rates. And why are they getting it before providing the service, surely if you're going to tip at all it should be dependent on the quality of the service provided? If you're going to give them that money regardless then it's just an 18% extra sales tax.

I work for zeel. The tip is added to the overall cost of what we make. Zeel takes about 50% of the total pay out. If there was no tip, there would be no incentive for us to take our table and travel across town.
