President-elect Joe Biden. How good is it to be able to say that? On topic though, all of this highlights the fragility of any Gulf airline and the fact it can be held hostage, blackmailed or actually harmed by its neighbours. This is a turbulent region posing as a modern society that’s anything but.

Serious question, why were/are countries able to block israel from their airspace?

Probably because the UK courts have a reputation both for fairness and for consistency with regards to handling foreign legal cases.
