I'm sure the design looked good on a computer, but the design of the room and the accompanying furniture is awful. It looks like a dormitory. And the lack of privacy in the bathroom is absurd.
Loving all the negative comments of the community - please rather go somewhere else - avoid South Tyrol 😉
It is rather uncommon to find coffee and tea making facilities in these resort hotels, be it in Italy, Austria, or Switzerland.
They expect you to buy hot drinks from the hotel bar. On the other hand, they may offer free afternoon cake and coffee/tea spreads, even inclusive of small savoury dishes. In addition, wellness areas may have fruit, tea, and water stations all day long.
This bathroom design is a total failure. I am wondering the builders never figure out the shover floor slope so that water goes towards the drain, rather than trickling all over the place...
They are manual treadmills—no motor or electricity. “Sustainable” greenwashing. The Westin at DTW switched to them too.
