Wyndham Rewards has launched its latest promotion on purchased points. While not quite in line with the best offers we’ve seen from the program, it’s still competitive. However, I’d only make a purchase with a specific use in mind, since Wyndham Rewards points have become less valuable over time.

Recently managed 2.09 cents a point in Ushuaia and there were more opportunities for good value elsewhere in Argentina and Paraguay. Quite a while ago, also got 2.12 cents at Days Inn West Yellowstone and 2.52 cents at Super 8 Cochrane (Alberta, near the mountains).
The Jeju Ramada (South Korea) is an excellent redemption at 7,500 points ($120+ cash rate per night).

Another way to redeem right now is buy 32k points for $416, netting you 60800 points which you can transfer over 60k($600 worth) to Caesars, to spend for Food and such
I'd only buy if you've already locked a specific award stay where the cash rate clears about 1¢+ per point after your bonus tier. At the headline 0.68 buy-in, a 15k-night property only works if cash is well above ~$150–160 before taxes—otherwise you're underwater vs a ~0.7 valuation, and that gets worse once the Sep 15 chart adds the 45k tier. Also check your own account: a lot of people only see 70–80%, and the top bonus needs a 16k purchase in one go. Top-up for a booked stay beats a speculative buy.
I've been burned by Wyndham Rewards, so let me give a big warning.
Section III.A.3. of Wyndham Rewards' Terms & Conditions:
"If a property ceases to be a Participating Property after a Member redeems points for a reservation, but before the stay, Sponsor does not guarantee that any award nights, upgrades or any other benefits a Member would have otherwise received under the Program will be honored, and Sponsor’s sole obligation under such circumstances will be to refund the points redeemed for the applicable award."
