I'll be doing a mileage run from Tampa to Seattle tomorrow, and I've gotta say, I'm kind of proud of my routing. It involves five segments and includes quite some nice coast-hopping. My routing tomorrow is one of the many reasons I'm not looking forward to the Continental merger -- ain't no way in hell…

Good Luck! I get the same stares and often get cut in front of by people who think they have higher status than me. Just b/c I'm in cargo shorts and sneakers does not mean I'm "confused" about my boarding zone. I especially enjoy it when they see me turn left into the first place cabin as I enjoy my complimentary upgrade.

bmvaughn: No way Lucky would take IAD-SAN, it's probably an A319 with 8 FC; he's a PSwhore.

TPA-IAD-JFK-LAX-SFO-SEA = 4529

I've been questioned in Elite lines with everyone EXCEPT United. Hyatt, Continental, and even SFO Int'l Elite security when flying LH F TATL after they looked at my boarding pass that clearly said F and First Class on it.

Are you planning to leave the airport?! If so, you're going to freeze your hot nuts off. It's Seattle for goodness sakes! Good luck and have fun!

Don't forget to add in the mileage for the light rail from SEA to the Westlake station in downtown Seattle 🙂
More importantly, will Lucky lower himself to stay at the Hyatt at Olive 8, or maintain his allegiance to the Grand Hyatt?

What do you do for a living? Someone would have to pay me to do all that flying in one day - no matter how many miles I was earning. It's almost summer, baby... better things to do!

I think for Lucky, flying *is* the better thing to do in the summer. He lives in Tampa, after all.

He said something like "I've been flying for 6 hours yet am only 50 miles from home". So maybe he went TPA-IAD-MCO-DEN?

TPA-IAD-MCO-DEN-SFO-SEA is 4755 miles and the times work out nicely.

Great routing!
