Interesting. I thought their favorite method of criticism control was to have people accidentally fall from balconies.
If I was a reporter or politician in Russia I'd never go to a building that has a balcony for sure.
It must be another Putin job. If they did this in Salisbury, UK back in 2018, they should be more than capable to do this within Russia.
Anyway, please boycott Russia for now. Someone like Lucky could be easily targeted by Putin's security apparatus.

People should consider this stuff when they travel and support the various governments like Russia, China, parts of the mideast. Your tourism money is partially keeping them in power.
Sadly this blogger continues to miss that by supporting dictators like in Turkey.
