This was my exact experience on Royal Air Hardasarock. Filthy, uncomfortable seats, odd configuration and pretty good food. I fly American Airlines a lot so I'm used to flight attendant indifference, that didn't bother me. I think the best thing I can say about them is its easy to get business class mileage award seats on American, but unless you're going to Casablanca and/or connecting there, probably not worth it. I've flown premium economy seats on other airlines that were much better the RAM biz class product.

Exactly correct! Ben owes no apologies for the way he travel, his perfectly valid criticisms of things that need improvement or, for that matter, the cross-promotion of his husband's business on this platform. It's obviously escaped the attention of some readers that the guys are both involved in... Gasp!... Commercial enterprises to make their living. As I've commented before, if you're unhappy with the way this site has evolved, nobody is forcing you to keep reading against your will.
