We left the lounge and quickly headed over to the gate for our 7:50 AM flight down to London Heathrow. Boarding was already underway, which isn’t too uncommon for us.

Re: the mustard comment. It's not very common for us to eat mustard with our breakfast sandwiches in Scandinavia.
Five Differences:
1) Luggage tag on bag on conveyor belt.
2) Eye on teddy bear
3) Basketball on shirt
4) Ear on gentleman with beanie
5) Shadow on seat
I need a life.

Thanks for the review! Intra-Europe Plus really is pathetic. For your family of 5, I suppose that having one middle seat wasn't so bad, but I don't think I've had a Plus flight where the middle next to me was free. I guess it beats *being* in the middle, however. 🙂 AFAIK, if you're still hungry, you can order additional things off the menu for free. The trouble is that the FAs are usually hustling in the back (or gossiping in the galley 😉 ) , so it's kind of hard to get their attention.
Personally, I'd love to have one of those stuffed animals. I wonder if they'll give me one if I ask? 😛
As for the 5 different things in the SAS kid's pack:

I found all five (from left to right): baggage tag, A in SAS, left ear of fat man, eye of teddy bear, and tank top basketball.
The ears!!!! I studied that drawing for like 10 minutes and never found it. Good job.
And yes, I have a hard time not wanting to keep all the toys my kids collect on these flights to add to my (overflowing) collection of airline memorabilia!
Travis, I flew this exact flight in January! Added bonus of SAS Plus is the free wi-fi. Did your flight offer that too? I was very surprised.
That's an ancient aircraft. The seats look 20 years old. I flew a similar SAS 737 last year, also in SAS Plus, between Oslo and Trondheim. Let's just say it's pretty pathetic. While U.S. legacy airlines have cut back at least they pretend to be premium. SAS Plus is on-par with Easyjet or Ryan Air's enhanced service offering.
