I don't think she did anything wrong. The company's service standards were not being met and she called them on it. No one's safety was ever in jeopardy.

I think an appropriate role for her would be cleaning the lavs on the airplanes.

She should be in the frontlines and learn the "nuts" and bolts of their service and operation...how to positively impact their employees. The idea is there the problem lies on the delivery and execution.

If the senior Cho is really serious - then he should bring this brat daughter back as a FA - and have her do the flights for a whole year - so she can appreciate the hard work that FAs do every single day, and she will realize that life is not just about nuts!!!
