First time I hear about this airline. With a quick search I have discovered that the carrier exists since 2001. I am a fan of the Premium Economy however just saw it has leg rest only on the first row. Shame!

Will this be one of the quarantine flights that allows Americans to travel to Italy?

It looks like Neos is significantly cheaper than the competition on one-way fares throughout the summer. Alitalia is also in this market, by the way.

The difference between economy promo and relax is availability, not the perks associated with the fare. They will have very few promo seats available per flight, so for most pax relax will be the cheapest available. Promo is the equivalent of 1 GBP flights on Ryanair or $9 fares on Spirit - it is a promotional tool that won't actually be available to many pax unless you book very early. In a situation where promo is available, they're not expecting anyone to buy up to relax.

Who has a roll aboard that only weighs 5kg or less? Sounds like the gate police will be busy with this flight, especially at JFK since Americans like to bring everything onboard with them.

Neos is mostly sold trough there own Touroperator Alpitours as Charterflights, so they are not focused on the typical US traveller or trying to fill there flights with individuals.
The flight only sale is just on top of the Charterguests.

Alpitours itself has 6 smaller Touroperators who all distribute the flights as packages for Neos.
Just like Parillo Tours in the 80's or 90's in the US.
No need to focus too much on the US frequent flyer croud.
Neos has there own network to fill there planes in most cases.

Interesting. I think their levels of service are kinda dumb. For example, why point out "Name Change Not allowed" when it's not allowed on any of the fares, weird. Also, it seems that the PE Relax versus Freedom is an extra checked bag and a 25% better cancellation option for $425 in the example. You'd be better off buying CFAR insurance I'd think.

Neos mostly run on charter - They have a Nanjing flight for a long while, and resumed pretty early since pandemic.

You said to check the Economy Promo vs Relax but the better comp is the Economy Relax is the same price as the Premium Relax despite being a worse class of service AND only refundable 25% vs 75% for Premium.

@lucky, or anyone else as well:
I know this is slightly off-topic, but related-
I am holding 2 tickets in J on Alitalia (points redemptions) for ROME-JFK this coming October.
If you could crystal-ball to October what do you think some of my outcomes might be starting with most likely?

Yes, you can fly between the USA and UK and the rest of Europe. We just did a month-long trip back in late spring 2021 from NYC departure. At that time, we needed vax docs & masks. Now, most ALL COVID requirements are dropped.
