As it was in the aviation carreer in the 90's on . . . With the missing Flight engineers . . . it was not so easy to get into the Cockpit jobs anymore old served Flight engineers had to be placed and trained for the flying job too.

This racist comment generalizing the thoughts/feelings/attitudes of a group of people based on their race should be deleted.
It's not racist - the colonial history of the Pacific is rife with white supremacist attitudes, not to mention violence, and the colonizer mindset Mike is referring to still exists today.
But you knew that - you know it every time you post something like this, pretending that white people are victims. We rarely are, so stop.
