I need to know her concerns first before making a decision on her behavior. There are extremely important reasons she may losing it. I do not know what she is saying but assuming it is the typical frustration of flying may not be the case here. It may be the reason people are allowing this is because they are sympathizing with here plight and would feel the same way. If she was yelling about being delayed is one thing, but to yell about missing something incredibly important is quite another. No snap judgments here. Someone please translate.
