Breeze Airways is the US airline startup thatstarted flying in May 2021. While the airline initially launched operations with used Embraer E190/195 aircraft, eventually the Airbus A220 will be the backbone of the carriers fleet, asBreeze has 80 of these on order.

I didn’t even know San Bernadino had an airport. Seems like it’s mainly cargo flights and private planes. Good option vs. Ontario for anyone going to Riverside I guess.
Mrs. Doubt has been pestering me to visit Charleston, so I hope that flight from SFO sticks around, but none of those SFO flights look long term to me.
Some of these flights seem mighty obscure to me. BDL-CAK? Granted it's once per week, but I'm not sure there's enough demand even for that. Yes, I know that CAK could theoretically serve the Cleveland S and SE suburbs - but again, how many people will take such a flight long term? That's not the only one I see, there are a few. Not to cast aspersions at Breeze's model; it is intriguing and I wish them great success. Just pointing out that some of these routes may do well but others won't make it.
It's good to see expansion of Breeze. Hope they can grow to be a competitor to the larger airlines.
I think your Breeze interior cabin picture above is an Embraer not an airbus a220 since seating is 2 x 2
San Bernardino has been trying to get an airline for ages and has a terminal that has sat vacant for over a decade after a period of questionable decisions converting the former Norton AFB. Given the limitations of the airport and its infrastructure for passenger traffic, it will be interesting to see how this route does.
JetBlue had LAS-RIC last year but I guess couldn’t make it work. Will be useful for me soon.
That's the A220 business class cabin. You can see where is switches to 2-3 about halfway back.

AA will be launching PVD-MIA as well as an additional route tomorrow from PVD, big week for an airport that looked like BOS' growth was going seriously threaten it (it's live and bookable)
Breeze will serve my city (Syracuse NY) soon. They sound like just st another deep discount carrier... this is hard to get excited about if their service is as good as, say, allegiant air...
With oil skyrocketing and our government doing nothing to mitigate the situation I see an airline crisis soon arising which will pale what happened when oil spiked in the late 00s. You have to wonder how this is going to impact a start up airline trying to capture flyers with deep discount tickets. This isn't JetBlue start up of 2000-2003.
SBD-SFO is listed as once a day on an E175. That appears to be the only E175 flight from SFO. I wonder what that plane is going to do the rest of the day. Maybe another route announcement ex-SFO is coming?

This is exciting to know! I want to book a flight to Savannah soon! I really love their cheap hotels! There are lots of them over in Savannah GA and are really great! I can't find a direct flight from JAX to ORF in Sept/October...Is that route only temporary or just for a few months out of the year?
