Have they announced what routes it's debuting on yet? I've got an AKL-SFO flight mid-March.

Is there upgraded meals? PJs offered? Chauffer collection for this supposedly upgraded business class product?

Still such an underwhelming new business class product. Air New Zealand is that house on the block boasting of the new air conditioning in their backyard outhouse while the rest of the houses on the street have indoor plumbing.

All the downsides of the old herringbone seat, meanwhile, it doesn't even have the "unrestricted footwell" that herringbone defenders love so much.

It's time for y'all to admit, ANZ just has bad seats.

Bad seats are chosen by bad management.

As a Kiwi, I rarely fly Air NZ. Domestically they're always more expensive than Jetstar and the difference on a short flight is negligible. Long haul they're always far more expensive. $1800 return CHC to NRT versus $1100 with Qantas. No point paying more when I have to stop somewhere anyway.

$500 more for a "new" CRAP business class seat? WTF are they thinking?
NZ is now a govt run airline and its trash.
