Air Canada To Sharply Cut International, US Flights

Air Canada announced today that it would be shutting down the vast majority of its international and transborder flights effective April 1, 2020, as well as curtailing some of its domestic flights.

These shady ass airlines need to stop providing credits and give people their damn money back. You cancel my vacation and pull that I’ll do a chargeback.

Too bad they don’t simply give you your money back in such a case. That would be preferable to getting credit, even if it lasts 24 months.

Air Canada does not fly to Nunavut so I don't understand their press release nor this article when it says it will keep flying to all provinces and territories.

There are 10 Provinces and 3 Territories.

agree, airlines should be giving full cash refunds, not credit refunds! what if you cannot reschedule your trip at a later date??

Air Canada cancelled my flight to India, why credit? It should offer full refund at least. It cannot keep my money for its own cancellation.
