You left out the 7% discount you can get when booking. Sometimes, kinds, sorta, depends.
The free night pays for the card. The non-business cards offer all the same perks at a cheaper annual fee. So, the only real advantages are (a) "free night"; (2) kinda sorta maybe 7% discount — be prepared to show a business card and remember to say "business" when they ask at the desk why you are in town; (iii) stacking award nights.
For me its a keeper. At least until they raise the annual fee. 🙂
The biggest benefit of this card is that it is useful for obtaining the nights toward status if that is your goal. The nights are counted in addition to personal card nights.
