I loved the Conrad in Hong Kong as well. I thought the service was very good myself. I did have to inquire about an upgrade to an Executive Level room, but was granted one after asking (was HHonors Gold at the time). The woman who checked-me in walked out from behind the desk and escorted me to my room personally! She showed me features in the room and was very gracious. I was impressed. My favorite Executive Lounge so far anywhere! I spent way too much time there. 🙂

Hehe, I have the same problem as you, Jonathon. When the hotel is too nice I have a tendancy to spend too much time in the hotel, which sucks in a city as exciting as Hong Kong.
