I will have my first stay there in 2 weeks.

I booked the paid standard room. As an IHG Platinum, whats the chance of me getting upgraded or club access?

@ Forest -- Unfortunately technically Platinum benefits don't apply at InterContinental hotels. If you ask nicely there's a chance they'll upgrade you, though it's far from a guarantee, unfortunately. Enjoy your stay!
