Lucky, in my experience even if a hyatt hotel allows for 3 people to a room they will charge you for the third person on an award booking. Is that not the case?

Lots of exciting new limits on maximum occupancy for award nights. I'd hate to see Hyatt just give these rooms away for nothing when there are so many perfectly reasonable restrictions they could start adding to our bookings.
Any word on whether these properties will be redeemable using the two free nights from the Chase Hyatt card?
I was worried about max occupancy limits for these award prices too though was told this morning that didn't impact award pricing...but now this afternoon word is that anything over double occupancy indeed costs more. 10k per person more over 2 at Ziva and 12.5k more per per person per night over 2 at Zilara. Not a shocker, but more of an issue at the family property than the adult property I would guess.
I couldn't book with points at the los cabos location. I tried 6 diff dates in Feb, Mar, Apr.
The site does say that age 0-2 no additional fee, 2-13 variable fee, 13+ adult fee.
I've been to the Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos when it was owned/run by someone else. The pool/beach area is pretty amazing.
@ Billy -- Hmmm, I guess it depends on whether we're talking about children or adults. It looks like you're right for adults, though I have no issues pulling up award space for two adults and two children at many hotels, for example. Will be interesting to see how children are handled at an all inclusive.
@ Diamond Vargas -- Haven't heard any official news on that one way or another. Think it could go either way. My guess is that they will allow redemptions there, but I could be wrong.
@ Robert Hanson -- Unless I'm missing something I don't think there are resort fees beyond the cost of the room.
@ Scott -- That's probably because award bookings only become available tomorrow, November 1.
Looked for a few dates in January and message said not bookable with points. Hopefully they will straighten this out.
@ Steven S -- Neither property is bookable on points yet. The Los Cabos property will be bookable as of November 1, while the Cancun property will be bookable as of November 15.
looks like the 20k is only for one person. any additional person is 10k unless they are under 2. Just called to check and no availability on my dates in March.
@ alda -- As I posted about here, the redemption chart clearly states those are the rates for single or double occupancy:
