@Kevin - I believe (hope?) the Japanese businessman and the person in heels are two different people, but I did have to read that section twice myself, as I had the same initial reaction as you did.

@Lucky - "discrete" should be "discreet".

@Kevin -- I meant to say his traveling companion. Thanks for the heads up! It's now fixed.

@Crammer -- Oops! Wrote this trip report while totally jetlagged, and proofread it while exhausted. Definitely didn't mean discrete, hah.

@Nin Ros there's certainly no expectation of a tip in the First Class Spa in Bangkok.
