@Ben It is being reported that due to public backlash the Four Season in Venice is not opening and the Owners got a bond and will be renovating Hotel Daniel themselfs and selling it to the Four Seasons

That's old news now. It is moving forward, though I do believe the designer has changed.

In my opinion, it will not take much to make The Four Seasons the best hotel in Rome.

Four Seasons does not invest in properties. This project is headed up by Fort Partners out of Florida. Four Seasons will only manage the property.
