Emirates is in the process of expanding its meal pre-order program. It’s good to see this concept expanded, but don’t expect it to be as robust of a feature as Singapore Airlines’ Book The Cook program.

Slow news day. This does no good for travelers outside of Europe. Pre ordering meals is certainly not revolutionary.
But it does a lot for travellers in Europe. It's definitely a significant improvement. Even though Emirates doesn't have such an issues with onboard stocks as some other airlines (looking at you, BA), they do run out sometimes, which is very disappointing on fairly long (and not so cheap) flights to Dubai.
Revolutionary it isn't, but it certainly puts Emirates ahead of many other carriers they're competing with on these routes.
