When you go to Easter Island, pick Easter Island Travel, the guide Sofia, if you haven't made arrangements yet. She was FANTASTIC and reasonably priced ($90 per day, 2 days total).
We stayed at Inaki Uhi which had kitchens available which is good since food is double the price of the states. We ate out 4 times in a week and cooked the rest of the time and our food bill was a $1000 for 6 days feeding two people
