My offer was buy a $400 delta gift card earn 4000 points. This was on my Amex Plat or Amex Gold but not my Delta Reserve. Looks like there might be a bit of variability with these offers.
Had 4000 pts on $400 on personal plat and 5000 pts on $500 purchase on biz plat.
I got the $500/5k offer on biz plat and the $400/4k offer on personal gold. Check all your cards.
$400/4k offer on personal plat and personal gold. Nothing on reserve biz. I don't have biz plat.
