I don't quite understand how this configuration will make it easy (or even easier) for the window pax to get out of their seats.
My guess - and this is really a guess. Is that the 2 other pax will still need to get out of their seats for the window pax to get out, however, since the seats are tip-up configuration (like movie theater) this makes it easier to get in and out. However, this makes it impossible to get out if the pax next to you is sleeping.
The pictures of the cozy suite don't show the tip-up design (at least not the ones I saw). But Thompson's economy seat pictures do. Interestingly, they're not really like a movie seats but more like an 'inverse' movie seat. Here are a couple pics:
