AA has been sending our surveys to those with AA business accounts (as opposed to business cardholders). Seemingly, there are trying to recover from choices about business owners that Mr. Raja made when he was still at AA. Those choices had/have consequences. For me, too much blood has flowed under the bridge. Others might disagree.
I only have a basic AA account and maybe fly them once or twice a year as a positioning trip for international trips. I fly out of BWI mostly, I don't too much like flying out of DCA if I can help it but do when I need to connect through New York or something. Can you share more about the blood under the bridge you're referring to? I'm completely clueless
